Medidyne sells medical devices and related services, including training and after-sales service. All Medidyne employees strive to satisfy customers by meeting their needs and exceeding their expectations.

  • Our employees are professional and trained to do their jobs
  • Our logistics ensure appropriate and timely delivery
  •  We assist our customers in choosing the right products
  •  We train the users in the safe and effective use of our products
  • We service products in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions

Should errors or defects occur in connection with a product, delivery or service, we will endeavour to solve the problem quickly, efficiently and professionally.

All employees of Medidyne commit to comply with our code of conduct and regulatory requirements and to help ensure that our quality management system and internal work procedures are continuously improved.

Our quality work complies with the Medical Device Regulation (MDR) and the international standard ISO 13485.
